Our staff is highly qualified and dedicated to developing fair accurate appraisal services. Our Senior Appraiser, Dale Wardlow, is a Certified General licensed appraiser with over a quarter century of appraising in multiple states for the IRS, RTC, the F.D.I.C. and countless banks and lending institutions. While in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Wardlow began work for the F.D.I.C. as a real estate specialist, earned appraisal designation with a national appraisal society, began Wardlow Appraisal while training and employing nine appraisers and authored instructional material used for appraisal licensure courses.

After relocating to Arkansas Dale has owned and operated a small appraisal firm with a primary work area known as Central Arkansas that includes the counties of Pulaski, Saline, Faulkner, Lonoke & White. (Other counties and states on a case by case basis.)

Simple valuations will take 7 to 10 days. A complex project can take 3 to 6 weeks.
